Ms. Ellison graduated summa cum laude from San Diego State University in 2004, earning her Bachelors’ degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice Administration. Ms. Ellison received numerous scholarships because of her academic excellence. Additionally, she achieved membership into the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society.

Ms. Ellsion thereafter attended law school at the University of San Diego Scool of Law, earning her Juris Doctor Degree in May 2007. She graduated in the top 17% of her class. While in law school, Ms. Ellison received the Day Achievement Scholarship and Micael Mohr Scholarship. Ms. Ellsion was also awarded the CALI Award, recognizing the highest grade in the class in both Trusts and Estates: Community Property and trusts and Estates: Wills & Trusts.

Subsequent to law school, Ms. Ellison worked as a law clerk with the firm. Upon her admission to the bar, she has worked as an associate attorney with the firm.
