Ms. Sauter obtained her undergraduate degree from University of San Diego with a Major in Visual Arts and a Minor in Accounting. She obtained her law degree from  California Western School of Law.

Prior to joining EPS, Ms. Sauter practiced criminal law and trust administration law.  In her criminal practice, Ms. Sauter has logged many Superior Court appearances.

Ms. Sauter works in the firm’s San Diego office, handling civil litigation, subrogation and workers’ compensation matters..
