Ms. Amirian obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she was the recipient of The Wildman/Schumacher merit-based scholarship.
During her time at Southwestern Law School, Ms. Amirian served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Monica Bachner and served as a Certified Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where she conducted preliminary hearings under the supervision of Deputy District Attorneys. Ms. Amirian also served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Law Journal Honors Program. She was an active student body member, serving as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Armenian Law Students Association, Academic Mentor for the Dean’s Fellow program, and a student member of the Dean’s Taskforce for Equity and Inclusion.
Prior to joining EPS, Ms. Amirian practiced civil litigation with a focus in California and Federal Lemon Law. Ms. Amirian is admitted to practice in California as well as the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern District of California. At EPS, Ms. Amirian practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense.
