Ms. Ponticello obtained her Bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in English from the University of California at Berkeley, where she was a member of the honor society. She thereafter attended the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in the top 20% of her class. She received the American Jurisprudence Award in UCC Sales and Commercial Property and was the winner of the Lou Kerig Criminal Law Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Ponticello has extensive experience in all facets of civil litigation in both state and federal court. She was previously a partner with Morris Polich & Purdy. Her legal experience includes multiple civil jury trials, arbitrations, mediations and extensive motion and brief writing and argument. Ms. Ponticello has also been an instructor in Civil Litigation in the paralegal programs at both the University of San Diego and the University of California at San Diego.
Ms. Ponticello is of counsel to EPS, wherein she oversees litigation and legal education issues and where her extensive civil and teaching background and experience provide a valuable asset to EPS and its clients.
