Mr. Anikstein obtained his Bachelors’ degree in Political Science from University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was awarded the prestigious Matsui fellowship while serving as an intern assigned to the Senate Judiciary Committee in the Washington DC office of US Senator Dianne Feinstein. Thereafter, Mr. Anikstein received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship.

He is admitted to practice law in courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Anikstein’s practice encompasses all aspects of worker’s compensation, civil litigation and workers’ compensation subrogation. His experience includes litigating both civil plaintiff and defense cases, appellate practice, as well as jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations.    Mr. Anikstein works in the EPS San Diego office.
