Barry Ponticello made another successful appearance at the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit, this time arguing a matter under 33 U.S.C. 928, at the 9th Circuit’s San Francisco location. The Court adopted the EPS position in its decision.

EPS litigates matters before the USDC, California Superior Court, WCAB, USDOL and other bodies on behalf of employers in southern California, and throughout the west coast and Hawaii on maritime matters.
